On-device data

The app stores progress, results, completed challenges, the current session and sound/haptic preferences on your device. There is no account, game-server sync or automatic transmission of this data to Letras Binárias.

Advertising and external services

This version does not integrate ads, real-money purchases, advertising tracking or remote usage analytics. The game works offline. Store distribution is a separate service.

TestFlight and Apple services

If you use TestFlight, Apple may collect and provide the developer with usage data, crash reports and feedback, including details associated with invitations or messages. See TestFlight privacy information. This page does not replace Apple's policy.

Support requests

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to share. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, use the contact address above.

Deleting data

Local progress remains in app storage until replaced or deleted. Deleting the app or clearing its data may erase progress; there is no account-based recovery. Operating-system backups may behave separately. Manage data held by Apple with Apple.

This page covers the City Jam app, not every game or page on ponto.games. We will update it when the app's behaviour changes.
