SHIFT — Privacy

This policy describes SHIFT version 0.3.0, by Letras Binárias, with the identifier com.letrasbinarias.shift. Contact: [email protected].

What stays on your device

The app stores campaign progress, best results, coins, themes, missions and completed daily challenges locally. This lets you continue playing and retain rewards. There is no player account or synchronization with a game server.

Local diagnostic log

The app keeps up to 1,000 gameplay events on the device, including puzzle starts and completions, moves, hints, active duration, rewards and themes. Older events are replaced when this limit is reached. This log is not automatically sent to Letras Binárias. A diagnostic tool can export it manually; we receive it only if you share it with us.

External services and beta testing

This version does not integrate advertising, real-money purchases or a remote game analytics service. Store distribution is a separate service. Through TestFlight, Apple may collect and provide the developer with usage data, crash reports, feedback and tester details associated with invitations or feedback. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy information. This policy does not replace Apple’s policy.

When you contact us

Sending email or feedback shares your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. Contact us above with questions about your support data.

Deleting data and managing progress

Local data remains in app storage until replaced or deleted. Clearing app data or deleting the app may erase your progress; the app does not offer account-based recovery. Operating-system backups may behave separately. Manage data held by Apple directly with Apple.

Scope and changes

This page covers the SHIFT app, not every other game or page on ponto.games. If the app’s behavior changes, we will update this policy and the date below. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, contact [email protected].
